Photography Shoots
$60.00/hr (2 Hours Minimum)


Children's Birthday Parties
$80.00/hr (3 Hours Minimum)
Includes: 1 Hour Choreography to song of choice, and
30 minute beginner gymnastics activities taught by Studio Owner Ms. A


Events

*Professional Photographer Available for events
Includes:  Prime Location in Houston's Midtown located off Caroline Street, Free Parking On Site, 2500 SQ FT.  

Rehearsals*
$75.00/hr 

*Rehearsals include (Dance, Fitness Training, Theatre Arts, Performance Rehearsal & Educational Instruction,)

Additional Fees
$200.00 Clean Up Fee
Any Damage to Property will result in $250.00 non-negotiable fee.

50% DEPOSIT at the time of booking in order for us to reserve your space. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least a 24 hr notice in order for a refund of the deposit. The DEPOSIT will be forfeited if a 24  hr notice is not received via email or by phone.


FULL PAYMENT MUST be made prior to scheduled Rental Slot. 



Rental Rules:
Room Rentals insures the client the FULL SPACE for the time requested. The Basic Rule is that you:
"Leave the studio the same way it was given to you."
You MUST START and END at the time you requested. There will be an additional charge if you go over your time. You are responsible for anything that happens in the studio during your time slot. You are responsible for your guest, and their behavior. When renting from us, please keep in mind that this is a children's dance studio. No SMOKING of ANY KIND ALLOWED in the studio. 
If you are renting for an event, remember to include set-up & breakdown time in your Rental Request.
